American Water Resources Association (AWRA): is a multidisciplinary association for professionals who are concerned with the management and conservation of water resources.
National Ground Water Association (NGWA): provides guidance and support to professionals involved in groundwater science and water well construction.
American Water Works Association (AWWA): is the largest nonprofit, scientific, and educational association dedicated to managing and treating water supply and ensuring safe and sustainable water resources.
Water Environment Federation (WEF): is a not-for-profit technical and educational organization that connects water professionals, provides training, and sets standards for wastewater and water quality.
Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM): is dedicated to reducing flood loss and promoting sustainable floodplain management and the wise use of water resources.
The Groundwater Foundation: Focuses on educating and motivating people to care for and protect groundwater.
Environmental & Water Resources Institute: EWRI, part of ASCE, is dedicated to advancing the science and practice of environmental and water resources engineering.
