Spring 2012 Workshop: Smokestacks & Runoff - Pollutant Sources in Your Watershed

   

Objectives

Identify the watershed aroound a home address (or any address) in Tarrant or Dallas counties and then to identify potential sources of pollution within or near this watershed.

 

Attendees of this workshop will learn how to use the following basic hydrology tools within ArcGIS Desktop:

Workshop Plan

Explore Data
Navigate to the C:/water directory in Windows and launch (double-click) watershed.mxd.  Within ArcMap, we will explore each layer.
