Librarians, professionals and legal educators are developing new codes of best practice to guide user communities in the use of copyrighted works and digital content. The Center for Social Media at American University have created a series of Codes of Best Practices in order to establish standards for Fair Use. They also have links to Best Practice codes from other organizations. As new best practices become available, they will appear on this page.
